YES to Coupons

The Denver post is Coloradans main source of coupon inserts and if you have a subscription you already get one set of inserts delivered to your door, but many do not have a weekly subscription. So what do we do?

Great news!!!! The Denver Post offers a program called Yes To Coupons. If you do not have a current subscription, call the Denver Post and ask to sign up for the program. They will then deliver, to your home, the weekly coupon inserts and advertisements.The best part is it is FREE!!!! Yes FREE!!! It is a great way to get 1 set of inserts every week. I do recommend that you do purchase at least 2 more papers each week so you can get a good collection of coupons in your hands.

Coupons for Military Families

While couponing can create opportunities for you to provide for the needs of your family and the local community, did you know that couponing and coupons have a far- reaching effect?

As couponers, you and I spend a lot of time organizing and reviewing coupons, we should also spend time purging expired coupons. Not only does it make your binder more organized, it takes the hassle out of fumbling through your coupons for a shopping trip, only to find coupons you can’t use.

Those expired coupons pile up quick, but DO NOT throw them away or recycle them! Expired coupons can be used by overseas military families for up to 6 months past the expiration date. Isn’t that awesome? We can pass our unused coupons on to families who can use them around the world!
